What is SquadraMia?
Squadramia is the first non-profit sporting association in Italy, which was established in order to purchase and manage online a real Football Club of the Italian Championship. At the moment we're raising funds for the takeover of our Club.
The idea was born because of the success of the English project Myfootballclub able to purchase a real club within 20.000 fans. Finally Squadramia will bring this idea to Italy too.
Why 60 Euros?
Each Member has to pay his annual membership fee of 60 Euros in order to finance the Association and therefore his own Club. The fee will be part of the Association's fund, and will be used just like the members of Squadramia want to: YOU have to decide together among the other supporters how to administer the funds.
Once you joined the A.S. Squadramia you'll get access to the online Bank Account in order to check the Association's funds.
What rights do I get by joining the project?
You'll become Member of the A.S. Squadramia
The A.S. Squadramia will purchase a football club, and therefore YOU will become owner of the football team
You'll get all the informations about the negotiations and finances of your future club
Vote and comment together among other members the decisions of Your Club
Suggest the Starting Eleven to the coach and discuss his choices
Follow the matches and training sessions online
Everything you want to propose to the attention of the members (discussions, ideas, projects) will be voted on
Participate at the daily routine of your team!
What warranties will I get for my money?
Once you became Member of the A.S. Squadramia you'll have access to the Bank Account in order to check the funds and transactions of the Association whenever you want to.
You'll get a Certificate which attests your membership at the Association, with your membership number.
Squadramia is a non-profit Sporting Association and has an innovative structure in order to allow the members to have the control of a real football club. In order to be able to have a structure with these qualities we availed ourself of partners and international consultings in order to protect the members and to have clear rules:
In case the football club should take profits, these have to be reinvested to upgrade the structures, the team roster and it will be always the Association Squadramia (that means all members) which has to decide.
The Association is NOT allowed to contract debts, and nobody can ever ask you money in case of bankruptcy of the football club.
All members who joined the Association before the purchase of the club has been completed, are considered Founder Members. The period of validity of their member fee starts on the day of the actual purchase of the club.
As provided for the statute rules, if no football club is purchased within a certain date, the fees already paid have to be refunded to the members as soon as possible.
