Squadramia.it. Rules to partecipate to the squadramia's Project

The biggest revolution in into the Soccer's world has begun. From today the fans can take over and manage the sport decisions of a real football team. The phenomena has already explosed in Grand Britain and Israel and the international press has considered it as a strongly succesful project in these two countries.

From today, 12 January 2008, first in Italy, the members of Squadramia.it / Mysoccerclub.it will have the chance to vote and decide, all with even rights, the regular players on the pitch to be used every sunday, the game's tactics, the players to purchase and will be able to send live time the decisions to the coach during the matches. Moreover, the partners will be able to suggest the players to be purchased and operate as talent scouts for Squadramia.it / Mysoccerclub.it

The team to be taken over will be chosen through the preferences voted by the members of Squadramia.it / Mysoccerclub.it, basing the selection on precise exclusive conditions of the agreement (for example the necessity of owning at least 51% of the team, lack of debts in excess in the society, the having a stadium accessible to a reasonable number of fans, geographic position and realistic expectations to be able to achieve the Serie A).

Once reached and confirmed the 20.000 adhesion will be possible to procede to the first stage of negotiations with the most voted teams by the members. The informations found from the votes of the members for the purchasing of the team will remain reserved until the final decision of purchasing; that is because of keeping some safety margin during the negotiation, avoiding the risk to see the price of the football team growing up before have even met the administrators of the most voted team, that sutisfies all the set parameters. To get the best deal possible, there will be negotiations with many societies until the final decision will be taken.

In the mean time, the first 20.000 members will decide by majority when to buy the team. The members will be the owners of the team through an International Trust, in a way to ensure every member /owner of the team against any kind of material risks and to have guaranteed the limited responsability to the quote payed thanks to the juridical defence achieved via the International Trust. Potentially we are talking about a society where the "shares holding" is widespreaded, and is capable to guarantee the "limited responsability" to all the partners, with the precise objective to operate without accumulating excessive debts with the banks.

The payment of the set amount of money makes you acquire a share of the International Trust which makes you legally owner of the Trust. At that point your Trust will have the majority of shares of the football team. The amount necessary to buy a share from the society is 60,00 Euros. From these, 12.00 Euros will be destinated to the management of the Trust and for the realization and maintainence of the official website SquadraMia - MySoccerClub, instead 48.00 Euros will be intend to purchase the team, buy new footballers and cover the ordinary expences of the club.

There will be a choice to subscribe and buy a single share for more than one year.
During this first stage nobody is asked any payment; Subscribing, you only do a pre-commitment to become a proper member/partner.
The first payments will be done only after the subscriptions of the first 20.000 partners of the team. It's very important that the adhesions are made as quick as possible. We are the first ones in internet for the italian football, if we will be the first ones even to achieve the minimum amount of partners necessary, we will be able to choose from a better list of teams with the best parameters and the advertisement of the media would bring new partners, members, sponsors and much better chance to buy good footballers.
